Meet Miranda
Hi Y’all!
I’m Miranda, Owner of MK Nutrition! I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach, through Precision Nutrition.
I'm excited for us to work on your nutrition journey together but before we do so here’s a little about me. I’ve always had a passion for nutrition and fitness! I can’t imagine life without those two components!
In 2015, I was diagnosed with two auto-immune diseases. Which really put my nutrition journey on another level. I had to learn what foods I could eat and what I couldn’t due to my diseases, needless to say it was not the best of times.
So, I started working with a holistic doctor and a nutrition coach. Long story short - by working together we were able to get my life on track by having proper nutrition, understanding my body, having a sleep schedule, and taking the right supplements.
Going through this really made me want to learn more and figure out a way to help others. After working with a nutrition coach and a holistic doctor, I knew this was something I wanted to know more about.. Now, here I am!
My goal is to help you with your nutrition goals without having to completely cut out foods you enjoy! It’s all about balance!

To me, nutrition isn't just about eating clean. It's about creating sustainable habits and having a way of life! No crazy diets or fads. You should be able to enjoy your favorite foods along with implementing your new skills! It's all about having balance.
Nutrition coaching is not a one size fits all type of thing. We are not all built the same, so why would everyone have the same plan or goal?
Together we will take small steps to achieving your nutrition goals, whether that's learning more about nutrition as a whole, looking to lose some weight, maintaining weight, or gaining more muscle.
Achieving your goals will not happen over night but by working together and staying consistent with your plan you will start to see changes and progress.
Over the course of our time together I'll be a resource for questions or concerns as well as a support system! Besides, everyone needs a good cheerleader on their side while trying something new!

We will start small to achieve big things. We will accomplish one task at a time that will in time make big changes in your life. As a result, you will learn and create daily habits to get closer to your goals without feeling overwhelmed.
Once you're a client we will talk in depth about your goals, what you can commit to, and what you're willing to do to get there.
We will also talk about the following:

• daily schedule/ routine
• work schedule
• workout routine
• and much much more!!
I will provide you with resources to help you make your journey easier or give you more ideas. It's time to celebrate you and the journey you're about to embark on!
